About Me

My name is Kaitlin Abrams- I’m an organizer, educator, and lover of the outdoors. I have trekked through many industries in my professional journey: sexuality education, business development, community healthcare, and union organizing. Each role has developed my industry knowledge and eye for the language of progressive employers.

I aim to be a gate key, not a gate keeper, to these industries. I am passionate about bringing talented organizers and radical thinkers into the movement. I believe that progressive campaigns and offices, radical 501(c)(3) organizations, and grassroots community groups should be staffed by the people whom they represent.
